Currently, I am enrolled as a student in the Environmental Dynamics program at the University of Arkansas. I have chosen to research how anthropogenic forces impact the spatiotemporal habitat suitability of ticks in Arkansas, and the vulnerable populations of the state. I work in the Environmental GIS and Cartography Lab under Dr. Brad Peter.

I am dual-enrolled in the University of Arkansas Master of Public Health program to expand my public health toolkit and understanding to supplement my doctoral research.
I chose to focus in public health administration as an avenue to understand how public health policy and practices were evolving due to a changing climate. The core principals of a public administrator are ethics, leadership, fiscal responsibility, and equity.
From 2014-2018, I was enrolled as a student in Troy University's undergraduate psychology program. My interest at the time was in eco-anxiety and climate change. This research interest has guided my journey ever since.
