Throughout my career, I have taken on diverse roles including healthcare administrator, combat medic, and mental health technician. Central to my approach has been a commitment to compassion and dignity for my teams. My service in the United States Air Force not only strengthened my leadership abilities but also fueled my dedication to enhancing the well-being of those I lead.
Mentorship has always been a cornerstone of my mission. I am dedicated to uplifting those around me, guiding them with sincerity and compassion. My goal is to empower strong-minded, intelligent, and empathetic individuals, helping them to realize their dreams. My experience in the military taught me that true leadership is about fostering resilience and adaptability in others, especially in uncertain circumstances. I believe that by supporting each person's unique journey, we can create a collective environment of growth and achievement.
Starting my military journey as an Airman Basic (E-1), I eventually earned selection for promotion to Technical Sergeant (E-6) before leaving the service. I am deeply proud of the skills I developed and the relationships I built during my time serving the United States.
During Airman Leadership School, the United Air Force's Non-Commissioned Officer prepatory school, I was honored to be awarded the Commandant's Award for exceptional leadership characteristics and significant contributions to the school's mission, as judged by the commandant, and the Distinguished Graduate award for academic and physical excellence.
